Ernie Hudson, 76, is an actor best known for his role in the “Ghostbusters” film series. He currently stars in “The Family Business,” “L.A.’s Finest” and NBC’s “Quantum Leap.” He spoke with Marc Myers. The night my Uncle Izah pulled into the drive-in movie theater in Benton Harbor, Mich., I had no idea what “Blackboard Jungle” was about. I was 10. When the 1955 film began, Sidney Poitier was the only Black teenager in the classroom of “difficult” kids.
