Brianna Kudisch | NJ Advance Media for NJ.comThe man, a Bergenfield resident, was emerging from Briarcliff Road, a side street, around 2 p.m. and turning onto Windsor Road when his car was struck by another vehicle in “kind of like a T-bone situation,” said Teaneck Police Department Lt. John Garland.
He was transported to nearby Holy Name Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival, police said. The other driver, a 32-year-old female, was also transported to the hospital. She is in stable condition, Garland said.Briarcliff Road has a stop sign, and officials are investigating the accident, including if a stop was made, Garland said.
