Jennifer Aniston has officially signed on to serve as a producer on 20th Century Studios' upcoming 9 to 5 remake.
remake of the classic comedy movie. At the moment, it’s currently unclear if Aniston has plans to join the cast of the project, which is expected to give a modern take on the 1980 movie.
Before signing on to the 9 to 5 remake, Aniston’s most recent producing credits were last year’s Murder Mystery 2 movie and The Morning Show Season 3. For her performance in the Apple TV+ series, she earned a SAG Award nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series. Due to its continued critical success, the workplace drama has successfully secured a Season 4 renewal.The 9 to 5 remake will now be written by Oscar winner Diablo Cody .

It also starred Dabney Coleman, Sterling Hayden, Elizabeth Wilson, Henry Jones, Lawrence Pressman, Marian Mercer and more.
