SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man allegedly involved in a deadly hit-and-run on the far Southwest Side.Back on Sept.
27, investigators say the body of Casey Musser was found in Von Army.Sheriff Salazar says investigators went to the scene and recovered an antenna, pieces of a headlight, and the investigation began.
Sheriff Salazar does not believe anyone else was involved or will face charges. Vela is in the process of being booked into the Bexar County Jail.
