Miami-based firm 777 Partners are understood to have reopened dialogue with Everton owner Farhad Moshiri
The head of a US investment firm that is understood to have reopened dialogue with Everton over acquiring a stake in the club has opened up on the plan for the group's football holdings.

Wander, who declined to comment on the rumoured interest in Everton, a position that the company took when asked by the ECHO last week, told the FT: “We have a strong view that there’s a new wave of commercialisation coming to football. have done a horrible job of commercialising the product. Wander, who founded the 777 firm in 2015 with Steven Pasko, revealed that the plan for the model was to bring about player trading between clubs and acquire adjacent businesses such as merchandise and ticketing so as to ramp up the commercialisation of the business.
