54-year-old David Stephen West of Leeds is charged with 10 counts of “possession of obscene matter containing visual depiction of persons under 17 years of age involved in obscene acts.”
Charging documents against West state that in December, investigators found him in possession of multiple photos of prepubescent nude girls.
The investigation is ongoing, and the sheriff’s office asks anyone with additional information to call investigators at 205-670‐6000.
