5 People Dead After 'Wicked Murderer' Opens Fire at the Molson Coors Brewing Campus, Says Trump
Multiple people have been killed and a number injured after a mass shooting at the Molson Coors brewing headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
Police rushed to the scene Wednesday afternoon as the brewing complex and corporate headquarters were locked down amid reports of a shooting incident.At a coronavirus press conference, Donald Trump addressed the incident in Milwaukee revealing at 5 people were dead. He did not specify if that included the shooter.
“Earlier today a wicked murderer opened fire at a Molson Coors plant, taking the lives of five people,” the president said. “Our hearts break for them and their loved ones. We send our condolences. … It’s a terrible thing, terrible thing. So our hearts go out to the people of Wisconsin, and to the families.”At an earlier press conference, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett said he believed the shooter was on of the “multiple people” that had been killed in the attack,
“There are multiple people who have died, I believe including the shooter,” Barrett said at the conference. “There was a horrific shooting that occurred. It is a horrible, horrible day for the employees here.”News about the shooting first spread when Milwaukee Police posted a tweet at 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday stating, “MPD is investigating a critical incident in the 4000 block of W. State Street. Please stay clear of the area at this time.
