"Some people set up standards but in reality they really don't care when they actually see the places."
It's quite common for young people to need a gaurantor in major, metropolitan cities like New York City, San Francisco and Washington D.C. Jeffrey Geller, COO of, a private company that serves as a gaurantor for qualified renters, says approximately 55 percent of customers are young people.
