4IR skills laboratory launched by KZN Government
Primary school learners and other youths will be able to take advantage of the robotics, space technology, data analytics, multimedia production and VR programmes offered by the laboratory.
The Premier of KwaZulu-Natal , Nomusa Dube-Ncube has launched a new mobile digital skills laboratory in the province as part of the Connect Smart Province Project. The project is anchored around solving social issues with smart business processes and 4IR technology., the Mobile Digital Analytics Skills Laboratories was launched recently at the Orient Heights Primary School in Pietermaritzburg.
It is completely off the grid through solar power and has back-up generators ensuring learning does not get disrupted by loadshedding.
