CeFaan Kim has the details.Police are searching for a group of individuals after a man was stabbed to death right near a pair of New York City landmarks at Pier 84 in Manhattan.The NYPD responded to the pier along 12th Avenue and West 44th Street just before 6 a.m. Thursday.
A 35-year-old man was stabbed in the chest while sitting on a park bench after getting into an argument with a man sitting next to him.Police released surveillance video of the man wanted for the stabbing. He's described as a man with a Caesar hairstyle, last seen wearing a white shirt, light shorts, white sneakers, and carrying a black cross-body bag and a black backpack.
Investigators say he was part of a group of four other men who were together at the time of the attack.All five of the individuals fled eastbound out of the pier, and appeared to take the train. They were caught on video jumping the turnstiles together.So far there have been no arrests.
