Three people are dead in what is being described as an "active" situation Friday morning in Montreal's Rosemont neighbourhood. Montreal police said three people were killed at a residence on Belanger Street near Viau Boulevard. Police say one suspect has been arrested. "An SPVM investigation team is on site to clarify the circumstances of this tragedy," the SPVM said on Twitter.
