Three people accused of extorting and stalking an octogenarian who paid for sexual encounters
Three people accused of extorting and stalking an octogenarian after paid sexual encounters will appear before a federal magistrate judge in Houston on Monday afternoon.
According to L.S., he found an online advertisement for Hebert offering sexual services and last year met up with Hebert. The two had a consensual sexual encounter in exchange for L.S. paying Hebert a sum of money. L.S. said he and Hebert did not have intercourse; the sexual acts consisted of massages with"happy endings," and the agreed-upon fee was paid.
Hebert also told him over the phone that Hebert was going to kill L.S.'s chickens on his property and damage his possessions, he said. Brooks is believed to be Hebert's pimp, according to an attorney L.S. engaged around April 4 to help stop the harassment he was facing.
