David Scott Richards pleaded guilty to assault and uttering threats.
A Vancouver man will spend 21 days in jail for assaulting a man at an East Vancouver SkyTrain station.
Crown prosecutor Jacinta Lawton told the court Richards was at the Commercial and Broadway SkyTrain Station July 27, when he started screaming and yelling at people.
