Almost as light as its carbon counterpart, the new Domane+ AL offers a more versatile e-bike experience at a very low price.
The attention always goes to the fancy bikes, but modern aluminum bikes shine pretty bright. Just like their analog counterparts, the new Domane+ e-bikes’ alloy model gets a high end, shapely frame. And it tips the scales as low as 13.6kg for the smallest size., but still works with a range extender battery pack and clears almost-as-big 700×38 tires.
Add the optional Range Extender battery pack and you’ll double the range to 110 miles . On all but the smallest frame size, ti mounts to the seat tube. On 49cm frame, it uses the downtube’s water bottle bosses. The display is tucked into the top tube for a streamlined look. It shows remaining battery life and the assist mode.
