BREAKING Police are searching for two prisoners who they said escaped from a correctional center in Philadelphia.
The 18-year-old man and 28-year-old man escaped from the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center on 8301 State Road on Sunday at 8:30 p.m., according to police. Investigators said both men were spotted cutting a hole in the fence and escaping through the hole.
