Little Paulie Khan of Barnegat, NJ, was discovered unresponsive inside the home on Arden Avenue near Arthur Kill Road in Village Greens – where his mom was visiting someone – around noon March 8, authorities said. His mother called 911, and the baby was rushed to Staten Island University South Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. But the city medical examiner’s office later ruled the death a homicide, determining that the tot had ingested fentanyl, police said. Share this article:
