Exploring the double-life of Gary Johnson, the inspiration behind Netflix's new movie, Hit Man.
The film follows the life of Gary Johnson, a psych and philosophy professor at the University of New Orleans. But, he also works as an undercover police officer and takes on a gig as a fake hitman after one of his cop colleagues gets suspended.But once he meets an unhappily married woman named Madison, the trajectory of this gig changes significantly. She tries to hire him as a contract killer to take out her abusive husband, only for him to fall in love with her in the process.
