Because Amazon’s much-anticipated event takes place Tuesday, July 11 and Wednesday, July 12, you can say it’s the *prime* time for educators to save big on supplies, desk items, around-the-mat seating options, storage and more. “Teaching items on sale are always a plus,” Samantha Alaimo, a second-grade teacher from Staten Island, told the New York Post. “At my school, we do not receive a stipend, so I try to manage my money when buying classroom supplies and decor. I usually try to buy what I know I really would need for the upcoming year, and then all the little items I come across, I can always buy on sale.
