The most side-splitting Batman parody comics.

Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT While Batman might not be the funniest hero in the DC Universe, MAD Magazine legend Kerry Callen knows how to find the humorous side of the Dark Knight. Over the years, the cartoonist has created several comic strips that feature comedic parodies of the Caped Crusader. From Callen's Super Antics strips to his Batman-themed funnies, Callen has had a lot of fun at Batman's expense.

13 Super Antics #11 Batman is notorious for using his cape as part of his creepy ‘creature of the night gimmick’. But Callen has other League members poke fun at the Caped Crusader by pointing out that one of his favorite moves is actually pretty common. Even non-caped heroes such as Aquaman and Wonder Woman get in on the fun, as does the Flash, who ruins it for everyone. It’s always funny to see heroes riff on the overly-serious Batman.

10 Super Antics #7 Superman and Batman generally stick to their own cities, and Callen shows why in this strip. The bullet-proof Superman takes the lead and allows a crook to waste his bullets shooting at the Man of Steel. But when the baddie runs out of bullets, he throws his gun, giving Superman the chance to play a nasty prank and let it hit Batman. Superman is often a jerk in Callen’s strips, but it’s hard to say it’s not funny.

7 Super Antics #18 No one ever said Batman wasn’t vain. This strip sees Bruce’s nemesis the Penguin shoot off one of the ears on Batman’s cowl. Once Batman realizes the damage Penguin’s done, he attempts to hide it with the worst comb-over in history. One would think Batman would have bigger concerns or at least a more sensible option. But Callen gets a lot of laughs with a flustered Batman making a poor snap decision.

4 Batman: Hoarder Kerry Callen goes after Batman’s worst trait: His propensity for collecting things. In this strip, Batman’s trophy-collecting is reinterpreted as hoarding and a professional comes in to help the hero purge some of his treasures. It’s a funny spin on Batman’s immense collection and there are a few deep-cut references to his older adventures, such as his ‘Rainbow Batman’ suit.
