バンダイは2月21日、バンダイナムコフィルムワークスと連携し、新規IP創出を目的として、2023年度から縦スクロールマンガ事業に参入すると発表した。バンダイでは4月1日より新設部門として「縦スクロールマンガ編集部」を設立。2023年末以降に、電子コミックサービスにて作品を発売予定という。
