Police said that 20-year-old Angel Gomez, of Fort Worth, “began acting disorderly in the parking lot” shortly after he arrived at the restaurant with the 12-year-old and several other people on Saturday evening. Angel Gomez, 20, is charged with murder after police said he got into an altercation with a Sonic employee in North Texas.Davis confronted him and “the argument soon became physical,” police said.
During the altercation, the 12-year-old, also from Fort Worth, took out a gun and fired multiple shots, striking Davis, police said.
