Kaprice and Corbin Shullanberger are changing the lives of children and families around the world by raising millions of dollars to help families fighting Leukodystrophies, and they are doing it to honor their daughter Bryleigh.Bryleigh Shullanberger was a young girl who was born with Metachromatic Leukodystrophy , a rare and terminal genetic disorder that affects the nervous system. Bryleigh was diagnosed with MLD at the age of 2, and she passed away at the age of 10 on October 20, 2021.
In 2013, Bryleigh's parents founded the Believing for Bryleigh Foundation, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to raising awareness for leukodystrophies and funding research for a cure. The foundation has raised over $1.5 million dollars to date, and it has helped countless families and other non-profit organizations that support those affected by leukodystrophies.
