Arriving officers say the driver was slumped over the steering wheel while the vehicle was still running and in drive
Ontario Provincial Police say they found more than $10,000 worth of drugs when they searched a vehicle in Blind River Sunday morning.When officers went to check it out, they found the driver slumped over the steering wheel with the vehicle still running and in drive.OPP say a search of the vehicle turned up a knife in a sheath and a baseball next to the driver's seat, suspected cocaine, a small amount of crack cocaine, prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia.
The accused appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice Video Bail Court in Blind River and was remanded into custody.She’s scheduled in court on October 5. None of the allegations have been tested in court and the suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty.
