The MCU has given viewers many Iron Man suits to love, but there are many that never were featured. Here are the top 10 coolest suits not in the MCU.
Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Though Iron Man has had plenty of incredible suits in the MCU, many of the coolest suits from the comics were never seen in the movies. From Mark I built in captivity of a terrorist group in Iron Man, to the Hulk-Buster suit seen in Avengers: Age of Ultron, to Mark L, the nanotech masterpiece featured in Avengers: Endgame, Marvel has given viewers a vast variety of suits to love.
9 Godbuster This suit was created by Tony Stark to defeat a villain that, though not an actual god like the Serpent, had the power levels of a god. Trapped in a virtual reality of his own creation, Iron Man attempted to fight off Motherboard while reality morphed around him. Fortunately, he realized that, because he was trapped in a virtual reality, there was no limit to what he could build. This led to the creation of the Godbuster suit.
7 Iron Man Armor Model CE1 This model is primarily seen on Counter-Earth in Iron Man #1. In testing, the suit exploded, killing Tony Stark's best friend. After this tragic accident, the remains of the suit are stored away, only to be wrapped up in a Hydra scheme called Operation: Gamma. When Tony gets fatally injured, he dons the suit to keep himself alive long enough to circumvent the terrorists. There are two main points of significance with this suit.
Given that this suit was designed to face a cosmic force, it is likely the most powerful suit Tony Stark ever created. This suit took an untouchable force that previously hadn't been truly opposed by anyone and split it into five pieces with a single blast from a disruptor. Because of the extreme power this armor wields, the suit is understandably bulkier than the other suits on this list. Though not the sleekest-looking suit, it certainly packs the biggest punch.
