Philadelphia police are investigating separate shootings that left one person dead and two others injured early Saturday morning.
Police said a 25-year-old woman was found suffering from a gunshot wound to her left knee. She was transported to the hospital by police and placed in stable condition.Sign up for NBC Philadelphia newsletters.
Police said a 39-year-old man had been shot multiple times throughout his body. He was transported to the hospital by medics where police said he was pronounced dead at 4:23 a.m.
