NEWTON, Cache County — A home explosion in Cache County killed one person and critically injured two others Thursday, officials said.

One man was blown out of the home by the explosion and sustained burns on his arms, the sheriff's office said. The home was destroyed in the explosion and caught fire. Deputies search through the rubble of the home for a third victim who was in the house when the explosion occurred. They were found deceased about midnight.
