Fort Worth police said they have a suspect in custody for a shooting early Sunday morning that left one person dead and sent another person to a hospital.
from TUE 1:00 AM CDT until TUE 10:00 AM CDT, Cooke County, Fannin County, Lamar County, Jack County, Wise County, Denton County, Collin County, Hunt County, Delta County, Hopkins County, Palo Pinto County, Parker County, Erath County, Hood County, Somervell County, Comanche Countypolice said they have a suspect in custody for a shooting early Sunday morning that left one person dead and sent another person to a hospital.
This shooting was reported to police just after 2:45 a.m., when officers were called to the 4700 block of E. Lancaster Avenue.Police said a shooting victim was pronounced dead at the scene, and another shooting victim was taken to a hospital. Their condition was not released.In this week’s Trackdown, Fort Worth police need the public’s help to find the driver who struck and killed a pedestrian before fleeing the scene.
Investigators said the suspect and victim were involved in a fight, and that’s when the suspect pulled out a gun and opened fire.
