Chien-Ying Lee, 38, of Scarborough, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling, cultivate or harvest cannabis plants, seven counts of possession of a Schedule 1 substance, possession of a schedule 3 substance for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
