1,300-acre Kaufman County property sells to investors

A group of Texas-based investors has purchased 1,300 acres in Kaufman County east of Dallas with plans to for a future residential community.

The project called Majestic Meadows would be built on the land at FM 548, Colquitt Road and FM 1392, north of U.S. Highway 80. The property is along the planned Kaufman County Outer Loop highway corridor, just northeast of Forney and near several other master-planned developments that already contain thousands of homes.

Bielamowicz and Jerrod Simmons from Biel Partners arranged the property sale with Grant Glasco from Glasco Commercial, who represented buyer KCOLT Investor Group.Construction management firm Konstruct Notion LLC is working with the landowners on plans for the project. Ramesh Yenamaddi, Pavan Peddireddy and Swathi G Reddy formed KCOLT Investor Group to acquired the property.

“The vision KCOLT Investor Group and their team have started to develop will meet and succeed the area’s consumer preference for quality of life and provide exceptional benefits,” broker Grant Glasco said in a statement.as homebuyers in North Texas have looked for more affordable housing options near Dallas. Several major residential communities in the works in the area.
